1. 1.Controller

2. 2.What data we process

   • Identification and contact details: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address.
   • Order data: the wines ordered, quantity, price, method of collection, and any note added to the order.
   • Accommodation and event booking data, to the extent needed to provide the booking and to keep the guest register.
   • Technical data when visiting the site: data stored in your browser's local storage (cart contents, previously entered delivery details, display preference).

3. 3.Purposes and legal bases

   • Performance of a contract — fulfilling a wine order, accommodation or event booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
   • Compliance with legal obligations — accounting and tax records, guest registration (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
   • Legitimate interest — customer communication, protection of property and the pursuit of legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
   • Consent — where you give it to us, for example to receive news (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. 4.Retention period

   We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained, or for the period required by law — in particular under the Accounting Act, which is ten years.

   Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn.

5. 5.Recipients

   We do not publish or sell personal data. We share it only with processors who help us operate the business, and only to the extent necessary for their tasks:

   • The provider of website hosting and the database.
   • The operator of the reservation system used to book accommodation.
   • The provider of the map services embedded in this website.
   • Our accounting and tax office, and public authorities to the extent required by law.

6. 6.Cookies and local storage

   This website uses no advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We store only what the site needs to function in your browser's local storage — the cart contents, the delivery details you last entered, and your display preference.

   This data stays in your browser and you can remove it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser settings. Embedded map content and the reservation system may set their own cookies under their providers' terms.

7. 7.Your rights

   As a data subject you have the right:

   • to access your personal data and obtain a copy of it,
   • to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed,
   • to have your data erased where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was obtained for,
   • to restriction of processing and to data portability,
   • to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
   • to withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.

8. 8.Supervisory authority

   If you believe we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
