House Rules
The rules that apply to stays in the accommodation part of the Vinum Vivo estate.

1.General provisions
The accommodation may only host a guest who has duly checked in. On arrival, guests present a valid identity document so they can be entered in the guest register.
By staying at the estate the guest confirms that they have read these house rules and undertakes to comply with them.
2.Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from [to be added]. Rooms must be vacated by [to be added] on the day of departure.
A different arrival or departure time can be agreed individually before the stay begins. If the room is not vacated within the stated time, a further night may be charged.
3.Price and payment
The price of accommodation is stated in the booking confirmation. A local accommodation tax is charged in addition, under the applicable municipal regulation of the village of Nevidzany.
The stay is paid by the method stated in the booking confirmation, at the latest at the end of the stay.
4.Rules during the stay
- Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 07:00.
- Visits by non-resident persons in the accommodation area are possible only with the operator's consent.
- Guests are asked to behave in a way that does not damage the property or the vineyards and does not disturb other guests.
- A shared kitchen is available for preparing your own meals; please leave it as you found it.
5.Smoking and open flames
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the accommodation. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas.
Handling open flames, barbecuing and using your own heat sources is permitted only in designated places and by arrangement with the operator.
6.Wellness and outdoor areas
The outdoor wellness area (hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge tub) is available to guests by arrangement with the operator and at an agreed time.
The wellness area is intended for those whose health permits its use, and is used at the guest's own risk. Children under 15 may use it only in the presence of an adult. Entry under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
7.Pets
Pets may be accommodated only by prior arrangement with the operator and on the terms agreed in the booking confirmation. The guest is responsible for the animal and for any damage it causes.
8.Liability for damage
Guests are liable for damage caused to the property of the accommodation, including damage caused by persons present at the estate with their knowledge. Any damage should be reported without undue delay.
The operator is not liable for valuables that the guest has not secured in the usual manner, beyond the extent set by law.
9.Cancellation terms
Cancellation terms are set out in the booking confirmation and depend on the dates and scope of the stay. For bookings made through a reservation portal, the terms stated in that booking apply.
10.Final provisions
A guest who repeatedly or seriously breaches these house rules may be asked to leave without any entitlement to a refund of the accommodation price.
